We travelled to Al Aqsa for the first time as a family of 11 for Eid ul Adhaa. From the point of first contact to the moment we said our goodbyes at the airport our experience was superb. Brother Faraz went above and beyond every time and his caring personality shone through. The trip was organised immaculately, everything went to plan and it felt like we were all one big family. Al Aqsa itself is a surreal place that is definitely worth visiting, Sabeel travels made our experience more memorable. We stayed at the Hashimi hotel - great location, nice and clean rooms, good food and stunning views from the roof top. Each tour was organised and communicated well via a WhatsApp group so everyone was kept up to speed with everything and it worked brilliantly. We were accompanied by knowledgeable tour guides including an archeologist who explained things brilliantly. During our full day trip on the coach we visited many religious sites and mosques, but there was also room for fun. We were taken to the oldest city in the world Jericho where we took a cable car to the top of the mountain for spectacular views right across to Jordan. It is now three days since we returned and the Al Aqsa blues are real! We deeply miss the blessed lands and cannot wait to return, with Sabeel travels of course. This was our second time with Sabeel Travels after a successful trip three years ago and I just want to say it was perfect as expected. It was well organised from the booking process up to the actual trip and our return. As always, Brother Faraz was very quick to reply any questions and this time around our tour guide was Eesa. He was very helpful, always made sure that we were looked after and made that my elderly parents were always okay. Both brother Faraz and Eesa were always available when needed and the communication was clear. It was a brilliant idea to use of videos to show us our way to the Al Aqsa compound and useful places around the Old City, as we could keep them as a reference. In Jerusalem we stayed in Hashimi Hotel, which was very clean, the food was tasty, the hospitality from the staff was very friendly, helpful, and always made sure that we were fine. The itinerary was well organised and with the tour guide Saleh Sheikh who was very knowledgeable and humorous. It made the trip very informative and interesting. We looked at the history of Al Aqsa, whole day tours to the 4 quarters of the old city, seeing the different Maqam of the Prophets (pbuh), Masjid Ibrahimi, Bethlehem, Jericho, and Dead Sea (from afar). We were also given ample of time to explore different restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend Sabeel Travels as we are extremely pleased them and the trip. We will travel again with Sabeel Travels in sha Allah.”

Through the booking process Faraz was very prompt in replying to our queries which gave us confidence when booking the trip. Prices were also very reasonable compared to other tour companies. We stayed at Hashimi hotel which was clean, great location, food and hospitality from the staff. We were very happy with the trip we booked to Jerusalem through Sabeel travels. The communication before and during the trip was excellent, plenty of support provided in terms of booking flights and brother Faraz was always on hand to answer questions whatever time of the day. We were kept well informed before and during the trip and felt well looked after. The trip was very well organised and the tours in particular were excellent, led by local Palestinian tour guides. There are many tour groups which visit Al Aqsa but the main reason I booked with Sabeel was because of the hotel as they always book the Hashimi hotel. This is one of the few hotels within the walls of the old city. It’s an excellent location and just 5-6 Mins walk to the Al Aqsa compound and probably 7-8 Mins to the Qibli masjid itself. The location is ideal and the hotel is clean and comfortable, run by a local Palestinian family. Breakfast and dinner was provided on this tour, which was very helpful as the Cost of meals is quite high over there. The Dinners in particular were delicious and we really looked forward to them! Overall, I would recommend al sabeel travels for al Aqsa in particular.”

Istanbul and Al Aqsa Tour - October 2019 A colleague recommended Sabeel Travels for the Al Aqsa and Istanbul Tour. Initially, I was not sure but after the tour, I would highly recommend it. We stayed in a great hotel in Turkey, walking distance from the Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topaki Palace. I was impressed by the tour guide and the knowledge he had and shared. Then, when we went to Jerusalem and Al Aqsa. M.Faraz was very supportive during the immigration. I was really impressed with the organization, the coach and also information given by the tour guide there (Sheikh Saleh). I loved, the visit of the Al Aqsa Compound and then going through all the 4 quarters of the Old City. The visit to Hebron, Bethlehem, Jericho and a quick stop of the Dead Sea (the closest was in the car park of the place) was amazing! The hotel- Al Hashimi, is situated in the old city and walking distant to the Masjid Al Aqsa (around 8 minutes). The hotel Staff were very kind and helpful, specially the receptionist and the cooks. I was impressed with the breakfast and the evening meal, and specially on the last night on the terrace in plain view of the Masjid Al Aqsa and Dome of the Rock. I am not going to deny, I have previously been to Jerusalem before, but I did not enjoy it as much I did this time. The Tour leader M.Faraz was really kind and helpful. Jzk for making this spiritual journey very memorable. I will definitely be going again in sha Allah with Sabeel Travels.”

We embarked on this journey with full reassurance from Brother Faraz right from the outset. With his relaxed approach coupled with Shaykh Nasir's assistance and guidance, I can gladly say we really enjoyed the trip despite the poor weather that interrupted one of our days there. I am from London. My mother and i picked the Istanbul and Aqsa tour in Aug. I originally wanted to go in easter and planned to book with another tour agent in London but my cousins marriage was in easter so had to postpone to Aug. I stumbled across Sabeel online totally randomly and spoke to brother Faraz on the phone who gave me all the details i required. He was very prompt with emails and responses aswell as receipts and invoices. I found this to be helpful and organised. I was apprehensive at first as never flew from birmingham before but he was kind enough to give me a little discount as i had to pay for carpark charges driving from London. All our visas etc were sorted efficiently. We enjoyed our short stay in Istanbul and toured with a guide the great historical spots and islamic sites. We stayed near to blue mosque area. Faraz guided us as to places where alot of walking took place he advised to leave my elderly mum at the hotel. Istanbul was a nice stopover before Palestine.. great vibe. We then proceeded to Israel via turkish airlines. We were a large group of 40 and i must say we bonded well and Faraz did a great job of keeping all together. At ben gurion airport we took 5 hours to get everyone out but no issues at all. Faraz waited till everyone got out and we went to the hashimi hotel. All transport etc transfers were smooth and problem free. In al.aqsa everything was beautiful and superb. One cannot express in words. I struggled to wake up for fajr but managed to pray the others in the mosque. Faraz and the guide Saleh were very good at the organisation. I wanted to visit bethlehem but we only had time to drive past. The historical info given by guide saleh was very informative. The aqsa and dome of rock tours were stunning and our hotel was a 15 min walk away in muslim quarter. Breakfast and dinner was served fresh and of a decent standard. We visited hebron, khalil and west bank. Saw all the prophets tombs and maqaams. So much to see. Air con coaches were excellent. Faraz made an effort to check if everyone if was comfortable and happy and this was imp as many.people had kids and elderly. I highly.recommend using him for future tours especialy for Palestine. Hope We get the chance to visit again inshallah”

We opted to go during February half term and we were able to get direct saudi airline flights at a great price considering it was peak a Period. We went umrah through Sabeel Travels ltd in February 2014. We were offered a tailor made package suited to our needs and we were not disappointed. In Makkah we stayed at the Ar-Retaj hotel which lived up to its 5* rating and is perhaps the nearest hotel to the haram. There were absolutely no problems checking in and everything was as expected. Sabeel Travels had recommended a tour guide for ziyarah in Makkah, who we contacted as soon as we arrived in Makkah and conveniently arranged a suitable date with him for ziyaarah. Through this tour guide we were also able to arrange our taxi to Medina. In Medina, we stayed at the As-Sofra al huda hotel which is approximately 5 mins walk from Masjid-un-Nabi. There were no problems whatsoever, the hotel service was excellent and as expected. We also arranged a tour guide for ziyaarah through the hotel, as well as a taxi to Jeddah for our return. Both of our hotels included breakfast, which was definitely worth it and we highly recommend to anyone booking a room at these hotels. Overall, the service provided by Sabeel Travels was outstanding and everything was as promised. We highly recommend Sabeel Travels to everyone and will certainly be booking our umrah through Sabeel Travels again in the future, inshaAllah.”
