Important Group Guidelines & Information

• Punctuality & Schedule: This is a provisional itinerary, and precise Ziyarah timings will be shared daily in the WhatsApp group. Please remain punctual to avoid holding up the group or missing transport.

• Meals: Suhoor/Breakfast is provided at the Hashimi Hotel in Jerusalem (served 7:00 am – 9:00 am). Dinner is served after Isha prayer (please confirm exact meal times at reception).

• Group Etiquette: Remain with the group at all times. Men should assist the whole group with luggage and logistics, ensuring women and the elderly are given preference.

• Patience & Safety: Expect delays at immigration, customs, hotel check-ins, and transport. Keep your passport with you at all times with your visa stapled inside. Do not mix or exchange phone numbers with strangers. Money exchange facilities are located close to the hotel.

• Entry Requirements: Applicants must hold a passport from a Western country with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel. Please note that Sabeel Travels is not responsible if entry is denied by Israeli authorities at the airport.
