Important Information

• Punctuality & Schedule: Provisional itinerary; precise Ziyarah timings are shared daily in the WhatsApp group. Please be punctual so the group is not held up and no transport is missed.
• Meals: Suhoor/breakfast at Hashimi Hotel (7:00 am – 9:00 am). Dinner is served after Isha – please confirm exact meal times at reception.
• Group Etiquette: Remain with the group at all times. Brothers are asked to help with luggage and logistics, giving preference to women and the elderly.
• Patience & Safety: Expect delays at immigration, customs, check-in and transport. Keep your passport with you at all times with your visa stapled inside, and do not mix or exchange numbers with strangers. A money exchange is close to the hotel.
• Entry Requirements: A Western passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel. Sabeel Travels is not responsible if entry is denied by Israeli authorities at the airport.
