Day 1: 8 September – Arrival & Old City Tour
| 06:50 – 10:40 | Outbound flight from London Luton to Sarajevo International. |
| 11:00 – 17:00 | Airport full transfer followed by a comprehensive guided Old City Tour. |
| 18:00 | Arrival and check-in at the Amazing Han Hotel in Bjelašnica. |
| Evening | An included welcome dinner will be served at the hotel. |
Day 2: 9 September – Target Practice & Aerial Thrills
| Morning | Enjoy an included breakfast at the hotel. |
| 09:30 – 12:00 | Depart for a guided morning session at the Shooting Range. |
| 12:00 – 15:00 | Continue the adventure with a thrilling Zip Line tour. Return to the hotel by approximately 15:00. |
| Late Afternoon | Guided visit to the historic War Mosque. |

Day 3: 10 September – River Rafting in Konjic
| Morning | Enjoy an included breakfast at the hotel. |
| 10:00 | Depart from the hotel and travel toward the scenic town of Konjic. |
| 11:00 – 11:30 | Commence the guided River Rafting adventure. |
| 17:00 | Expected return to the hotel to relax and unwind. |

Day 4: 11 September – Quad Biking & Mountain Olympics
| Morning | Enjoy an included breakfast at the hotel. |
| 10:00 | Depart for an exciting Quad Biking tour to the remote, mountainous village of Lukomir. |
| 14:00 | Expected return to the hotel. |
| 14:00 – 17:00 | Participate in the Mountain Olympics — a fun, team-building activity on the mountain featuring mini-obstacles, team challenges, and a concluding medal and bandana ceremony. |
| Evening | Final included dinner served at the hotel. |
Day 5: 12 September – Departure
| Morning | Enjoy your final included breakfast and check out of the hotel. Full transfer provided to Sarajevo International Airport. |
