Istanbul, Bursa, Ertugal Tour 2021

Istanbul is the only city in the world located on two continents. It occupies a very important place in the overall
world history. Suffice it to say that it was the capital of three great empires: Byzantium, the Roman Empire and
the Ottoman Empire. Rarely has a city in the world changed its name so many times. Moreover, he probably
never had only one name that the whole world respected. So it is today. Although the official name of the city
is Istanbul, in many languages
the city is still officially called differently (Constantinople, Constantinople, Bolis, Kushta). It is difficult to list Istanbul’s sights without making a mistake. That is why this is a city that attracts you to return to it again and again and to make each visit unique and different from the previous one.
Bursa was the first major and second overall capital of the Ottoman State
between 1335 and 1363 and more recent nickname is Yeşil Bursa
(“Green Bursa”) in reference to the parks and gardens located across its urban
fabric, as well as to the vast and richly varied forests of the surrounding region
Söğüt was a Seljuk Turkish tribe in western Anatolian that later gave birth to the Ottoman Empire. Söğüt is notable as the founding location and first
capital of the Ottoman Empire from 1299 to 1335.
